​What file format do you need for my logo?

  The best file formats to send are:

• JPG (.jpg)

• PDF (.pdf)

• TIF (.tif)

• Adobe Photoshop (.psd)

• Adobe Illustrator (.ai)

  If your file type is not listed above, please send us what you have and we will do our best to work with it.

Please do not send logos created in Microsoft Word

Do you still have my logo on file?

  If you previously sent us your logo, we still have it. We keep them on file.

Can you match PMS colors?

  Yes. We will do our best to match the thread color as close as possible to the PMS color number. Sometimes there will be slight inconsistencies. Not every PMS color has a corresponding thread color.

Will I receive a proof prior to my apparel being embroidered?

  Absolutely. We will not begin production until you are emailed and approve a digital photo of a physical sew out sample. We will make every effort to make sure your logo meets your satisfactory requirements. If for whatever reason we are unable to provide you with a clean logo after numerous edits, we will refund your order in full.
